Join us for a 5K Run/Walk to support mental health! This event is part of a national event to raise awareness and funds to support mental health programs, where local participants will join Dr. Adel KorKor as he runs a 5K in every state over 50 days. As the local charity partner, Mental Health Minnesota will receive 25% of the race’s proceeds.

The 5K Run/Walk will be held on Saturday, May 26 at beautiful Lake Rebecca Park Reserve in Delano/Rockford. The race will start at 9:00 AM, with packet pickup from 7:00 to 8:30 AM. Registration is $30, and includes a race t-shirt.
