Erika shares how she has overcome mental health challenges during COVID-19:

“When this first started impacting us, it was really stressful and I really worried about my mental health. So what I did that’s helped is become diligent about my well-being. I focused on eating well, definitely getting enough sleep, exercising, meditating, contacting friends through phone and zoom, and making sure I kept up with my doctor’s appointments.”
