Join us for our 3rd Annual “Let’s Talk About Mental Health” event as we celebrate our 80th Anniversary at Surly Brewing Company in Minneapolis!
Those attending the event will enjoy Surly brews and specialty cocktails, as well as appetizers from Surly’s renowned chef, check out our raffle and silent auction items, and test their knowledge at mental health trivia! Attendees will also learn more about Mental Health Minnesota’s work, and how we’re promoting a #B4Stage4 approach to mental health care and treatment for people across Minnesota!
Tickets are just $25 each, and include two Surly beers or specialty cocktails, as well as appetizers from Surly’s renowned chef! To register, complete the form below.

Friend Sponsorship – $250
A Friend Sponsorship includes 2 event tickets (with two Surly beers/specialty cocktails and appetizers for each person attending), as well as recognition as a sponsor at the event, on the Mental Health Minnesota website and on social media.
Copper Sponsorship – $500
A Copper Sponsorship includes 4 event tickets (with two Surly beers/specialty cocktails and appetizers for each person attending), as well as recognition as a sponsor at the event, on the Mental Health Minnesota website and on social media.
Silver Sponsorship – $1,000
A Silver Sponsorship includes 6 event tickets (with two Surly beers/specialty cocktails and appetizers for each person attending), as well as recognition as a sponsor at the event, on the Mental Health Minnesota website and on social media.
Gold Sponsorship – $1,500
A Gold Sponsorship includes 8 event tickets (with two Surly beers/specialty cocktails and appetizers for each person attending), as well as recognition as a sponsor at the event, on the Mental Health Minnesota website and on social media. Gold sponsorship also includes reserved table seating at the event for sponsor guests.
Platinum Sponsorship – $2,500
A Platinum Sponsorship includes 10 event tickets (with two Surly beers/specialty cocktails and appetizers for each person attending), as well as recognition as a sponsor at the event, on the Mental Health Minnesota website and on social media. Platinum sponsorship also includes reserved table seating at the event for sponsor guests, as well as the opportunity to have a small display table available to connect with attendees.
