What We Do

We work to help people in their journey toward mental health recovery and wellness through peer-to-peer programs and services, public policy advocacy, education and outreach.

Our peer-to-peer programs and services offer information, help and support to those facing a mental health concern.

Through our education and outreach program, we work to provide educational opportunities and information to promote mental health awareness, recovery, and the importance of early recognition and treatment of symptoms.

Through our public policy work and Mental Health Ambassador program, we work to expand access to treatment and programs, address critical mental health needs across our state, and work to ensure that the voice of lived mental health experience is heard as decisions are made.
