Celebrating Mental Health Minnesota’s 85 Years of Service

Encouraging Open Conversations About Mental Health

Too often, we wear “masks” to hide thoughts, feelings or difficulties we face from others.

Stigma related to mental health concerns and worry about what others may think of us can get in the way of sharing concerns with others or seeking help and support.

Mental Health Minnesota’s “Lift the Mask” event will celebrate our 85 years of service, as well as encourage open conversations about mental health.

The event is a reception featuring hors d’oeuvres, a cash bar, silent auction, photo booth and speaking program.

A highlight of the evening will be an activity where attendees can write on their own masks and post them anonymously on a wall display.

All proceeds from the event will support the free and anonymous services provided by Mental Health Minnesota.

Tickets are available now for $40 each.
