Mental Health Minnesota offers several programs and services that offer information, help and support to those facing a mental health concern.
Our service programs utilize a peer-to-peer approach. Staff taking calls on the Minnesota Warmline are all Certified Peer Specialists and have their own lived mental health experience.
- Minnesota Warmline – The Minnesota Warmline provides a safe, anonymous and confidential phone and text service for people working on their mental health recovery.
- Support Groups – Mental Health Minnesota provides a number of support groups across the state, including Depression & Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA) support groups and Recovery & Wellness Support Groups.
